Teriyaki Meat Patty Rice Bowl 照烧酱肉饼饭

Flavourful and scrumptious Teriyaki Meat Patty & Egg Rice Bowl, easily cooked using Ninja Foodi. 

Starts with pressure cooking the Japanese rice, cooking time：3 minutes, you can refer to my previous post - 《Teriyaki Beef Rice Bowl》 to learn how to pressure cook Japanese rice. Then air-fry the eggs while preheating the cooker, when the eggs are ready, grill the meat patties. The Ninja Foodi heats up really fast and cooks the food to perfection. Method:

1. Spray some oil on the paper liners, and pour in the egg. 

2. Turn on Ninja Foodi, select <AIRCRISP> 180'C 5 minutes. 3. Place the Cook & Crisp Basket in the pot, and spray some oil. Add in meat patties, select <GRILL> 10 minutes. Baste/ brush Teriyaki sauce for 8 minutes. When it's done, glaze the patties with more sauce and serve right away along with rice, egg, and veggies.
