Grilled Mentaiko Salmon Rice 明太子三文鱼



Nutritious and delicious Mentaiko Salmon rice with a rich, savoury and creamy mayo spread on the perfectly grilled salmon fillet, paired with some grilled pineapples and cherry tomatoes. 




Grilled Mentaiko Salmon along with egg fried rice, stir-fry spinach and miso tofu soup.
A simple yet nutritious meal for the boy to eat after a long school day
This is done without pineapple.

Ingredients:

1 Salmon Fillet 

Salt & Pepper, add to taste

1 heap tbsp Mentaiko

2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise

1 tsp Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce

Optional: 2 pcs Pineapple Rings

Method:

1. Rub some salt and pepper on the salmon fillet. 


2. Grill the salmon and pineapples for 8 mins. 








3.  Mix the Mentaiko, mayonnaise and ketchup, spread on the salmon. Grill for 2-4 minutes. Serve right away.
