Saba is the Japanese word for Pacific mackerel, very commonly consumed throughout Japan, and here in Singapore, we usually eat this in Japanese restaurants or simply cook it at home. Saba is available at an affordable price, if you've never tried Saba, you should! This nutritious fish is tasty on its own with a rich flavour, you don't need to add much seasoning to it, just salt and pepper or some lemon pepper to elevate the taste!

2. Grill for 8-10 mins or until crisp and golden. Serve right away. Alternatively you can air-fry or pan-fry the Saba in a skillet.
Note: Make sure to pat dry the Saba with a kitchen towel before adding seasoning. Spray some oil on the rack to avoid sticking.
