Rice-Based Food Art ~ Snow Pink Pig Egg Drop Soup... I'm using snow pink pork to make egg drop soup! :D along with some broccoli and a cute snoozing piggy.

Here's a quick note of how I cooked the egg drop soup.
Ingredients:

100g Snow Pink Pork Shabu Shabu
1/4 tsp Tapioca Flour
1 tsp Mirin

Chicken Broth
1 Egg
2 Crab Stick
Salt & Pepper, add to taste
Chopped Spring Onion

Method:
1. Mix pork, tapioca flour and mirin, set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken broth into the pot, 2 cups level. Bring to a boil. Blanch the meat quickly and transfer to the serving bowl. Season the soup with salt and pepper, add in crab stick. Turn off heat and stir in beaten egg. Garnish with spring onion and serve right away.
