Cream of mushroom soup has been a favourite of my kid. Making it at home isn't difficult at all.

Ingredients: yield 3 servings

2 cloves Garlic
1/2 Onion
15g Butter
360g Mushrooms, Swiss Brown/ White Button/ Portobello
1/2 tsp Parsley/ Thyme
200g *Chicken Broth
100g *Cooking Cream
*adjust the amount to your own preference.
Salt & Pepper, add to taste
Some cream and parsley, add before serving.
Method:
1. Add garlic, onion and butter into the blender. Turn on the unit, select <SAUTE>. This will take about 5 minutes.
2. When it's done, add in mushrooms. Select <SAUTE>. Add in the remaining ingredients, select <SMOOTH SOUP>.
