This delicious and tender Teriyaki Rice Bowl is really easy and quick to pull together. I use homemade Teriyaki sauce, served this with Japanese rice along with blanched spinach and Homemade Ramen Egg.
Ingredients: Yield 2-3 servings

*200g Japanese Rice (soaked 30 minutes)
*250g Water (for cooking rice)
*Note: Cook more rice if cooking for 3 large servings.
250g US Beef Shortplate Shabu-shabu (can be replaced with pork)
1 tbsp Potato Starch
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 tbsp Garlic
1 stalk Spring Onion
(chopped, separate green and white parts, about 1 heap tbsp each. Use the white part for sauteing, the green part for garnishing)
