Teriyaki Beef Rice Bowl 日式照烧牛肉饭

This delicious and tender Teriyaki Rice Bowl is really easy and quick to pull together. I use homemade Teriyaki sauce, served this with Japanese rice along with blanched spinach and Homemade Ramen Egg

The Japanese rice and stir fry Teriyaki beef were cooked in Ninja Foodi. Pressure cook Japanese rice for 3 minutes (natural pressure release), rinse the pot with hot water, then do a quick stir-fry Teriyaki Beef in the same pot, super quick and efficient. The rice is perfectly cooked with a nice texture.

The Ninja Foodi multi-cooker that I'm using is a combination of a pressure cooker and air fryer in one pot, it's super-efficient and time-saving. The heat distribution is even and it heats up really fast compared to my other air fryer. The deep pot could prevent oil/ residues splatter all over the crisping lid making it easy to maintain and clean. Besides pressure cooking and air frying, there are other functions such as steam, slow cook, sear/ saute, bake/ roast, grill, sous vide, yoghurt, dehydrate and keep warm, just like a portable kitchen with a rice cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, oven and stovetop functions, reasonable price, and highly versatile.
