Pear, Snow Fungus & Fritillaria Drink 川贝雪耳雪梨水 - 止咳润肺,生津润燥,清热化痰

Pear, Snow Fungus and Fritilaria Drink - This drink helps to soothe and nourish the lungs, relief heat cough (with phlegm) / prolonged cough and reduce body heat. 


雪梨味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2.C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效。有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘等均有良效。

川贝是中药-味苦、甘,食用的时候可以不吃。川贝入肺、心经,有化痰止咳,清热散结的作用。川贝不仅具有良好的止咳化痰功效,而且能养肺阴、润肺而清肺热,是治疗久咳痰喘的良药。



Ingredients:

8g Fritillaria aka Chuan Bei 川贝 8克,洗净后浸泡10分钟,压碎备用
(wash and soak in water for 10 minutes. Discard water, lightly pound with the back of a knife)



3 Large Pear 雪梨 3粒




6 Seedless Red Dates 无核红枣 6粒

20g White Fungus 雪耳 20克,浸泡至软,备用
(wash & soak to soften)



Some Rock Sugar to taste 冰糖 适量

1.5 litre Hot Boiling Water 热水 1.5 公升

Method: 步骤

1. Peel and cut pear into big chunks.
雪梨去皮,切块。





2. Add all ingredients (except rock sugar) into a slow cooker/ rice cooker with slow cook function. Add water, cover and slow cook for 4 hours.
把全部材料(除糖以外)放进慢炖锅/有慢炖功能的电饭锅,加入热水,盖上,慢炖4小时。








3.  Add rock sugar to taste, continue to slow cook for 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
加入适量冰糖,继续煮30分钟即可。我用的是脆口的雪耳,如果是用软的雪耳,就和冰糖一起加入。 若喜欢我的食谱,可以LIKE和追随我的面书专页,不要错过最新食谱发布。
