This simple yet delicious breakfast wrap is filled with gooey melted cheese, egg and meat floss. It's great for a quick breakfast or snack anytime.
The picture below was the first one I made 10 years ago (in the year 2014) when my boy was 5 years old. Back then, I used homemade flour tortilla, 1 egg, meat floss, mayonnaise, seaweed and ground sesame seeds. He is 15 now and he still loves having this kind of tortilla wrap for breakfast. So I thought I should revise the recipe that suit his current taste buds.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1pc Tortilla Wrap
2 Egg, lightly beaten with a pinch of salt & pepper
1pc Cheese
Sauce: Ketchup + Dijonnaise, or mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp Crispy Meat Floss
Some Oil/ Butter for cooking
Method:
1. Heat the oil/ butter, pan-fry the egg until half-cooked. Add cheese and tortilla wrap.
I used the turner to spread the sauce before adding the meat floss. After folding the wrap, I spread the remaining sauce on the surface of the wrap(at the last step) for extra flavour |
