My HOME Soy Milk, Plain 自制豆奶, 原味
After I read some cases of 'undefined' objects in the packet soy milk, I dare not use store bought soy milk anymore...Yeah, this is me, especially preparing food for my little boy, I always be 'extra careful' in sourcing ingredients and fresh food.
My boy and I not especially like to drink soy milk. So the soy milk that I made is to make bean curd and soy pudding. Sometimes I'd make some Chocolate Flavored Soy Milk for myself. My boy prefer milk than soy milk but he likes food that made of soy milk. lol...

1 cup Dried Soy Bean
6 cup Water
Rock Sugar, add to taste (optional)
Pandan Leaves (optional)
1. Wash the beans. Soak beans with 2 cups of water, overnight.
2. Drain. Blend beans in a food processor/ blender with 1 cup of water, until puree.
3. Add 3 cups of water and strain.
4. When it's ready, strain one more time and transfer to a pot. Add pandan leaves and rock sugar if using, bring to boil and it's ready!
