Happy 13th Birthday, Louis! You're officially a teen! Son, regardless of whether you're a teen or an old man, you're forever my little bundle of joy. May love and happiness accompany you throughout this journey of life.

Every year, I'd make at least one birthday cake for my boy. This year, he requested a "simple" cake that took me 6 hours to bake and decorate 看似简单其实不容易做呀！ That's because I made everything from scratch, based on a picture that my son sent to me...

Reality VS Expectation ~ Clash Royale's Birthday Cake Arena 
It's not 100% look alike, but my son loved it so much and he was very happy with it. 
Looking at the smile on his face, mommy's hard work is well-paid off! 

The base is Bandung flavour sponge cake, and the topper cake is a strawberry checkerboard cake layer. Toppers are meringue cookies and chocolate cookie stick ladders.
