Pressure Cooker Japanese Curry 日式咖喱【高压锅食谱】



This is a very quick and easy way to cook Japanese curry. Cooking curry using Ninja Foodi pressure cook mode is even quicker than the usual way. Just cook for 3 minutes on high pressure, natural release for 15 minutes and it's ready to serve. The gravy is thick and flavourful, chicken is succulent and tender, potatoes and carrots are cooked through and soft.

260g Chicken Meat 

2 Potatoes

1 Carrot

1 Onion

1 tsp Garlic

300g Chicken Stock

1 tsp Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Light Soy Sauce

Marinade:

1 tsp Grated Ginger

1 tsp Corn Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sesame Oil



Method:

Combine marinade ingredients with chicken meat, let marinate for 30 minutes.
