Chicken Satay With Peanut Sauce 沙爹鸡肉串【气炸锅食谱】


This is a super easy chicken satay recipe using ready-to-use peanut sauce, it's perfect to make for a light meal, snacks or for party appetizers. 


I've been making this so often! LOL
My family will never get bored of these tender and juicy homemade chicken satay.

Ingredient: 
材料

1 Boneless Chicken Leg, cut into chunks 去骨鸡腿肉 1 片,切块

4 tbsp Satay Sauce/ Spicy Peanut Sauce (heat up before use) 沙爹酱 4汤匙


Marinade 腌料:

2 tbsp Satay Sauce/ Spicy Peanut Sauce 沙爹酱 2汤匙
(can use any brand, adjust the seasoning accordingly)

1/4 tsp Curry Powder 咖喱粉 1/4小匙

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 黄姜粉 1/4小匙

1 tsp crushed Garlic 蒜茸 1小匙

1 tsp Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1小匙

1/4 tsp Sugar 细砂糖 1/4小匙

2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 酱油 2小匙

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/2小匙

Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉 少许

1/2 tsp Sea Salt 盐 1/2小匙

1 tsp Corn Flour 玉米粉 1小匙

Method:

1. Mix marinade ingredients and chicken meat, let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
鸡肉加入腌料,盖上保鲜纸放冰箱腌2小时或隔夜。




Make smaller sticks if you'd like to stack more skewers on the rack. 

2.  Thread the meat on bamboo skewers. 
把鸡肉块串上竹签。







3. Air fry 200'C for 10 minutes or till cooked through. Serve right away with peanut sauce. Note: Spray a little oil on the basket and chicken skewers before air frying. alternatively, you can grill the satay.
