This is a super easy chicken satay recipe using ready-to-use peanut sauce, it's perfect to make for a light meal, snacks or for party appetizers.

4 tbsp Satay Sauce/ Spicy Peanut Sauce (heat up before use) 沙爹酱 4汤匙

1 tsp Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1小匙
1/4 tsp Sugar 细砂糖 1/4小匙
2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 酱油 2小匙
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/2小匙
Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉 少许
1/2 tsp Sea Salt 盐 1/2小匙
1 tsp Corn Flour 玉米粉 1小匙

1. Mix marinade ingredients and chicken meat, let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
鸡肉加入腌料,盖上保鲜纸放冰箱腌2小时或隔夜。

1 tsp crushed Garlic 蒜茸 1小匙
1 tsp Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1小匙
1/4 tsp Sugar 细砂糖 1/4小匙

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/2小匙
Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉 少许

把鸡肉块串上竹签。
3. Air fry 200'C for 10 minutes or till cooked through. Serve right away with peanut sauce. Note: Spray a little oil on the basket and chicken skewers before air frying. alternatively, you can grill the satay.
