Easy Pan Fried Enoki Back Bacon Rolls 简易煎金针菇熏肉卷



Just roll up and pan fry, what's more simpler than this? No seasoning needed!

Enoki Mushroom

Good Quality Back Bacon



Method:

1. Place the enoki mushroom on the bacon. Roll up and secure with a tooth pick.





2. Heat oil in a skillet, pan fry until cooked or brown at the edges. Discard the tooth pick, serve right away.

Cook this again with frozen thin sliced pork belly instead of bacon, drizzled some homemade teriyaki sauce.
