A simple yet delicious stir-fry white rice vermicelli aka Bee Hoon with vegetables, egg, meat, and seafood. This is a very well-flavoured and healthy one-dish meal that you can easily cook at home.
Ingredients:

130g Dried Bee Hoon/ Vermicelli, soaked to soften
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Shallot, chopped
4 slices Ginger
2 Egg, lightly beaten
4 Large/ 6 Small *Prawns
50g *Squid
100g **Iberico Pork Collar/ Pork Slices
*Season prawns and squid with some salt, white pepper, sesame oil, and Shao Xing Hua Tiao cooking wine.
** Marinate the pork with Tapioca flour, light soy sauce, and sesame oil
500g Chicken Stock
Fish Sauce & White Pepper, add to taste
A handful of Choy Sum
1 stalk Coriander

Method:
1. Heat some oil stir fry garlic, shallot, coriander root and ginger until fragrant, stir fry the pork, push aside, pour in the egg.
2. When the egg is half-cooked, stir in chicken stock, bring to a boil.
