Another homemade ice cream made without heavy cream, whipping cream or condense milk. This ice cream is awesome! It's easy to make at home. No ice cream maker needed. No whip, no churn, no milk, no cream....but it's creamy and guilt-free!
I made this based on my Creamy Banana Nutella Ice Cream that only made with 2 ingredients, but this one added a little more ingredients because I did not use Nutella. Click here for the 2 ingredients ice cream recipe if you want to try out the easiest one!
Creamy Banana Nutella Ice Cream, just 2 ingredients. No whip/ no churn/ no cream. |
Ingredients: 材料
Vanilla Flavour: (A) 香草雪糕
200g Frozen Banana 冰冻香蕉 200克
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 香草精 1 小匙
1 tbsp Icing Sugar 糖粉 1 汤匙
Chocolate Flavour: (B) 巧克力雪糕200g Frozen Banana 冰冻香蕉 200克
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 香草精 1 小匙
1 tbsp Icing Sugar 糖粉 1 汤匙
200g Frozen Banana 冰冻香蕉 200克
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 可可粉 1汤匙
1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup 巧克力酱 1汤匙
1 tbsp Icing Sugar 糖粉 1汤匙

Method: 步骤
Prepare the vanilla ice cream first so you don't need to wash the food processor/ blender before you prepare another flavour. 先做香草雪糕
1. In a food processor/ blender, blend frozen banana until crumbly. Add in the rest of the (A) ingredients and continue to blend until creamy and smooth.
把(A)的冰冻香蕉放进搅拌机,打碎。加入其余的(A)材料,打至细滑。
2. Transfer to a freezer-safe container, fill up half of the container. Cover and keep in the freezer. Then repeat step 1 to prepare the chocolate ice cream.
倒进盒子里,盖好,放进冰箱雪藏。然后重复步骤1和2,做巧克力雪糕。
3. When the chocolate ice cream is ready, remove the container from the freezer. Fill up the other half of the container with chocolate ice cream. Store in the freezer overnight.
巧克力雪糕做好后,倒进同一个盒子里(看上图)。
4. This ice cream is GUARANTEED creamy, you can easily scoop up the ice cream with a spoon or ice cream scoop. And, it's a healthier choice for kids! You may adjust the sweetness by adding/ reduce the icing sugar.
