Ingredients:
(A)
100g Ripe Bananas
1 tsp Lemon Juice
(B)
1 tbsp Corn Starch
4 tbsp Castor Sugar
1 Egg
150ml Fresh Milk
(C)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Add (A) in a bowl. Mash the banana. Set aside.
3. Strain the mixture into a saucepan.
4. Cook with medium low heat. Keep stirring until mixture is thicken. Turn off the heat and stir in (C).
5. Cover. Let it cooled completely and keep in the fridge.
