Baked Crispy Potato Chips 烤香脆马铃薯片

This is something that I had been working really hard for it! I can't recall how many times I had tried baking these...failed, burnt most of it.

This was the only time successful! The key to bake successful crispy potato chips is.....TIME! You must spare some time watch it closely in front of your oven, STRICTLY NO MULTITASKING ;)

1 Large Russet Potato (Washed and peeled. I use organic one, so I leave the skin on)

Seasoning:

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Curry Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Method:

1. Slice the potato. Soak and rinse in water to wash away the starch. Dry it one by one with kitchen towel.

2. In a bowl, mix together all seasoning. Stir in potato slices and coat evenly.

3. Place on a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven 200'C for 10 minutes. Flip over, bake 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Watch closely! Don't over baked.
