Soft Chocolate Buns 可可软面包【巧克力馅】


These soft and fluffy buns are filled with semi-sweet chocolate and topped with cocoa powder. They're insanely delicious and make a perfect anytime treat! 

Ingredients:

Cocoa Topping:


50g Condensed Milk


50g Milk


50g Cake Flour

Method:


1. Prepare the bread dough: I made this using my easy straight dough recipe. Click the link below to view the bread recipe 点击链接进入面包食谱

2. After the first proof, divide the dough and wrap in chocolate, proof for an hour.



3. Mix together all the topping ingredients and pipe/ spread on each bread dough. Dust with cocoa powder and bake 180'C  for 12-15 minutes.
