Last weekend, I was invited by Sharon, the owner of Learning Artz to attend a workshop conducted by Peter Chen, a baking chef from Taiwan. This was my first visit to Learning Artz Baking and Culinary, it's located at The Grandstand.

It was a small group workshop that would ensure everyone get the right focus and learn as much as possible. The instructor would demonstrate every steps in details, unlimited Q & A session throughout the workshop and hands-on session guided by the instructor. If you're a beginner in baking and decorating cakes, this is the workshop that I would recommend.
Here are some of the photos taken during the workshop.
