Simple ingredients - cake flour, oil, sugar, banana, cocoa powder, eggs... |
Whipped up everything using a stand mixer. This step is crucial, do not under or over beat the batter. |
Portion out 100g batter, mix with 2 tsp cocoa powder. |
Use chocolate batter to make the paw pattern. Baked in a preheated oven 160'C, 20 minutes. |
If you do not have paw mould, just bake it in a loaf pan. |
Ideal for kid's snack box/ recess food. |
