Crispy Fried Fish Fillet 香脆金砖鱼柳



A tasty and simple fried fish recipe made with a basic combination of flour and seasoning. So crispy and delicious! 


Ingredients:
材料

180g Fish Fillet 无骨鱼肉 180克,切块


(A)

1/2 tsp Garlic Salt 蒜盐 1/2 小匙

1/4 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/4 小匙

1/2 tsp Corn Flour 玉米油 1/2 小匙

Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉 适量


(B)

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 1/2 杯

1 tsp Baking Powder 发粉 1 小匙

1 tbsp Potato Flour 薯粉 1 汤匙

1/4 tsp Salt 盐 1/4 小匙


(C)

1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/2 汤匙

1/4 + 1/8 cup Cold Water 冷水 1/4 + 1/8 杯




Some oil for frying 油 适量

Method:
步骤

1. Clean and dry fish fillet, sliced. Add in (A) and mix well. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes. 
鱼肉抹干,加入 (A)拌均。盖上,放冰箱腌30分钟。






2. Heat up oil to 160'C. In a bowl, sift in (B). Add in (C), mix well.
烧热油至160度。将(B)过筛,加入(C),拌均。




3. Coat fish fillet in batter.
鱼肉沾上面糊。










4. Deep fry until golden brown. Remove and drain the excess oil. Serve right away.
