Steamed Snow Cod Steak - Basic Steamed Fish Method 简易清蒸鳕鱼

Snow cod, a pricey, nutritious and delicious fish. This is a quick and easy steam fish recipe that I'd highly recommend to busy parents. Prepare the marinated fish in advance, steam this together with rice. No mess at all and of course, most importantly, it's tasty! I personally love the sweetness of the wolfberries. :)

1 Snow Cod Steak (about 1" thick. Cleaned, dry with kitchen towel)

2 slices Ginger (julienned)

1 tbsp Wolfberries

Some Chinese Coriander (for garnishing)

Pinch of Salt

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp Shao Xing Wine
