Snow cod, a pricey but delicious fish. This is my alternative way of steaming fish when I'm busy. Prepare the marinated fish in advance, then steam this together with rice. No mess at all and of course, most importantly, my boy likes it! I personally like the sweetness of the wolfberries. :)
1 Snow Cod Steak (Cleaned, dry with kitchen towel)
Ginger (thinly sliced)
Chinese Coriander (for garnishing)
Shao Xing Wine

1. Add seasoning to cod steak. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Topped with ginger and wolfberries. Steam in a hot steamer for 8-10 minutes. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish.
