Grilled Chicken Satay Burger 沙爹鸡肉汉堡




The easiest and tastiest homemade Grilled Chicken Satay Burger marinated with spices and topped with spicy peanut sauce, fluffy wholemeal buns, cheddar cheese and refreshing cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. The chicken meat is deliciously succulent and tender with deep and rich flavour, this is absolutely a delightful and satisfying lunch burger.


Ingredient: 2 servings
材料

2 Boneless Chicken Thigh (about 100g each) 去骨鸡腿肉 2 片,各100克

2 Wholemeal Bun (lightly toasted) 全麦汉堡面包 2粒,烤香

2 slices Cheddar Cheese 车打芝士 2片

2 Lettuce Leaves 生菜 2片

2 slices Tomato 番茄 2片

2 strips Cucumber 黄瓜 2片

2 tbsp Mayonnaise 蛋黄酱 2汤匙



(A)

2 tbsp Satay Sauce/ Spicy Peanut Sauce 沙爹酱 2汤匙

1/4 tsp Curry Powder 咖喱粉 1/4小匙

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 黄姜粉 1/4小匙

1 tsp crushed Garlic 蒜茸 1小匙

1 tsp Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1小匙

1/4 tsp Sugar 细砂糖 1/4小匙

2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 酱油 2小匙

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1/2小匙

Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉 少许

1/2 tsp Sea Salt 盐 1/2小匙

1 tsp Corn Flour 玉米粉 1小匙



Sauce 酱料:

4 tbsp Satay Sauce/ Spicy Peanut Sauce (heat up before use)

Method:

1. Wash and pat dry chicken with kitchen towel. Add in all (A) ingredients, mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
鸡肉洗净后抹干,加入(A)材料,盖上保鲜纸放冰箱腌隔夜。





2. Bring the chicken to room temperature. Transfer the chicken onto a baking/ grilling pan. Bake in a preheated oven 180'C for 20 minutes, baste with 2 tbsp of satay sauce, bake another 10 minutes.
从冰箱取出鸡肉,回室温后放进已预热的烤箱以180度20分钟,涂上2汤匙沙爹酱,继续烘烤10分钟。

3. Make the burger: Layer the bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken and the remaining satay sauce, top with cucumber and bread. Serve right away.
