Peach Gum is well-known for its nutritional value similar to bird's nest, rich in collagen and beneficial for maintaining youthful skin. It's tasteless, so we usually cook peach gum in sweet soup with snow fungus. This dessert soup tastes good, refreshing and helps reduce body heat.

50g Peach Gum
1 Snow Fungus
20g Dried Longan
8 Red Dates
Rock Sugar or Honey Rock Sugar, add to taste
1.5 litre Water
10g Wolfberries

Method:
1. Rinse and soak the peach gums in clean water overnight. Discard the water and dirt/ specks.
2. Soak the snow fungus, remove the yellow hard core at the bottom and then cut it into smaller pieces.
3. Add water, snow fungus and red dates to the rice cooker pot. Select <SOUP> <1 HOUR>.
4. When the cooking has completed, add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
