Method:
1. Prepare the bread dough: I made this using my easy straight dough recipe. Click the link below to view the bread recipe 点击链接进入面包食谱:
2. After the first proof, divide the dough and wrap in chocolate, proof for an hour.
3. Mix together all the topping ingredients and pipe/ spread on each bread dough. Dust with cocoa powder and bake 180'C for 12-15 minutes.
