I have two Pandan Leaves Chicken recipes, a simple one for a beginner, and another more flavourful version that requires more ingredients. Both versions taste good, cooked without oil in the air fryer.It's easy and fuss-free, cooked in a pot that is so easy to clean up, no oily kitchen, no greasy stovetop.
Ingredients:

270g Boneless Chicken Meat (with skin)
Pandan Leaves
Seasoning:
1 stalk Coriander, chopped
1 clove Garlic, mashed
2 Shallot, grated
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp grated Turmeric
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Corn Flour
If you don't have so much seasonings at home,
you can try this simpler version 👇
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 tsp Corn Flour

Method:
1. Add all seasoning to chicken chunks. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Put a piece of chicken on the end of the pandan leaf, roll up, tightened, and tie. Alternatively, can be tightened with toothpicks.

Method:

3. Air-fry 180'C for 10 minutes, 200'C 5-8 minutes or till cooked through. The cooking time varies depending on the size of the meat, do adjust accordingly.
