Harry Potter Halloween Theme Bento/ Honey Glazed Marmite Roast Chicken Rice 哈利波特便当/ 蜜汁妈蜜烤鸡饭

Rice Based Bento ~ Harry Potter Halloween Theme Bento/ Honey Glazed Marmite Roast Chicken Rice 哈利波特便当/ 妈蜜烤鸡饭。

2 months ago, I bought Harry Potter book set for my boy. Ever since he started reading the books, I wanted to make Harry Potter theme food for him. I'm glad that I finally made it. For the first time, a human character in my bento collection :D ... the cute version. My boy said look like him ^O-O^ ..LOL...

Here are some quick notes to show how I put this together:

1. Soak 70g sushi rice for 30 minutes, drain. Add 100g water, cover with lid and bring to boil, reduce to low heat, simmer for 10 minutes, let it sit for 10 minutes.
