1 Black Chicken
25g Dang Shen
1 slice Ginger
5-6 Seedless Red Dates
20g Dried Longan
10g Wolfberries

Method:
1. Blanch or rinse the chicken with hot boiling water. Place the first four ingredients in the cooking pot. Add 2 litre of hot water.
2. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for 5 minutes and serve warm.
