Stir-fry Pork Collar Slices with Korean BBQ Sauce & Sweet Basil 韩式烧烤酱炒肉片

This is something that I would recommend to working mum, busy stay at home mum or whoever that has no time to cook but would like to have some delicious home cooked meal for lunch or dinner. The very important seasoning in this dish is...the Korean BBQ Sauce. I never use this sauce before and never come across any recipe of this sauce. Just made up my own, marinate the meat and added some sweet basil leaves. Woo... the taste is SUPERB! Perhaps I'll have more and more recipe coming up with this sauce.

Ingredients:
180g Frozen Pork Collar/ Beef for shabu shabu (thawed and dry)

Seasoning:
About 3 tbsp Korean BBQ Sauce

1/2tsp Light Soy Sauce
1tsp Tapioca Flour

Some oil for cooking
1-2 Sweet Basil Leaves (finely chopped)

Method:
1. Add all seasoning to the meat. Let marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
2. Heat oil in a skillet, stir fry the marinated meat until cook through. Stir in sweet basil and remove from heat. Serve warm with steamed rice.
