Easy Basic Scone 原味司康饼【No Oven | Blender Recipe】


Buttery, soft and fluffy homemade scones go perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea. You only need a few simple ingredients to make this from scratch and enjoy freshly baked scones for breakfast or tea. The texture is soft and fluffy, smells incredibly good! 



Ingredients:

30g Bread Flour


120g Cake Flour


1 tsp Baking Powder


40g Butter


1/4 tsp Salt


50g Castor Sugar


30g Milk


1 Egg, reserve 1/4 for egg wash


1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method:

1. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add the mixture and cold butter into the food processor with a dough blade attached. 



2. PULSE a few times to mix into crumbs. You can do this by hands.


3. Add in wet ingredients, PULSE to form a soft dough.


4. Transfer the dough onto a parchment paper or well-floured worktop. Gently fold the dough twice and flatten the top, cut with a round cutter.


5. Egg wash.




6. Bake 170'C 10 minutes, serve warm with your favourite spread.
