There's no need BBQ grill to cook this SG famous hawker-style BBQ chicken wings. Just air-fry the chicken wings, it's so quick, easy and mess-free.
Ingredient:

10 Chicken Wings
Marinade:
1 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp mashed Garlic
1 tsp grated Ginger
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao Cooking Wine
1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
2. Add in all marinade ingredients, cover with cling wrap and marinate overnight.
