Pressure Cooker Japanese Curry 日式咖喱【高压锅食谱】



This is a very quick and easy way to cook Japanese curry. The gravy is thick and flavourful, chicken is succulent and tender, potatoes and carrots are cooked through and soft. 










Ingredients: Yield 2-3 servings

260g Chicken Meat 

2 Potatoes

1 Carrot

1 Onion

1 tsp Garlic

300g Chicken Stock

1 tsp Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Light Soy Sauce

80g Curry Roux , use store-bought or  <<Click here for Homemade Curry Roux recipe>>

Marinade:

1 tsp Grated Ginger

1 tsp Corn Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sesame Oil



Method:

Combine marinade ingredients with chicken meat, let marinate for 30 minutes.
