Honey Glazed Pork Ribs 蜜汁排骨【Pressure Cooked & Grilled 高压烹煮】


I've cooked this countless times and this is the best so far. Cooked using pressure cook + grill method, easy and fuss-free. The ribs are slightly charred on the outside, the meat is super moist and tender. This is a no-turning-back attempt, the end result is much than oven-roast ribs.

Ingredients:

1 slab of Baby Pork Ribs 


Honey


Seasoning: 


2 tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao Cooking Wine 


1 tbsp Sugar 


2 Cloves Garlic (Mashed) 

1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 

1 tbsp Char Siew Sauce 

2 tbsp Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce 

2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 

1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder

Method:

1. Mix seasoning and pork ribs, marinate overnight. 





2. Pressure cook (HI) 30minutes.

3. Flip.


4. Grill 5-8minutes till the surface is slightly charred.

5. Brush some honey and serve warm.
