Garlic Bread/ Garlic Butter Toast 香酥蒜茸面包/吐司

My kid loves toasted garlic bread. There're a few versions of garlic bread that I used to make for him. This Garlic Butter Toast is the simplest version.

Tips: Slit the bread dough, top with homemade garlic butter then bake.

Ingredients: 材料

2 slices of bread (thick cut, halved) 厚面包 2片，切半


Garlic Butter Spread: 蒜茸牛油

20g Butter 牛油 20克

1 clove Garlic, mashed 蒜头 1瓣，泥状

Pinch of Salt & Pepper 少许盐和胡椒

Some Parsley (optional) 香菜 ，随意

Method: 步骤
