Cranberry Jam, just 2 ingredients 蔓越莓果酱,只需两种材料

My fruit jam recipe is simple, just sugar and berries. I didn't add any gelatin, agar agar powder or whatsoever because my pot of jam is gluey enough to stick together that they don't need any stabilizer. I used to make this with blueberries, but I have yet to upload my blueberry jam recipe on my blog. I'll upload it someday when I have TIME. :)

This time I made it with cranberries. I used the fresh cranberries that I bought from supermarket. They looks juicy and delicious but that was deceiving. These cranberries tastes terrible and NOT EDIBLE, that's how I rated them.

With a big packet of 'not edible' cranberries sitting in my fridge for about a week, I decided to use it up to make jam. Me and my boy seldom eat jam, so I used all the cranberry jam to make the very delicious Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars. This idea is brilliant isn't it?! lol...

Ingredients: (yield 200g cranberry jam)

340g Fresh Cranberries (Wash and drain)

200g Castor Sugar (can be reduced for berries that tastes better than mine)
