This is really delicious! Quick and easy Chicken & Potato Curry Baked Rice ready under 15 minutes, made using simple ingredients, it's an ideal prep-ahead and quick-fix meal on a busy day.

Method:

1. Place rice and chicken & potato dry curry in a baking dish, top with some generous amount of cheese.
