Grilled King Oyster Mushroom With Spicy & Sweet Korean Sauce 韩式辣酱烤杏鲍菇


Sharing a very simple and delicious Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms recipe, glazed with spicy and sweet Korean Sauce, super tasty and shiok to eat! 

I made this to pair with my salad, a light and healthy meal.




Ingredients:

4-5pcs King Oyster Mushrooms, sliced

Some Cooking Oil/ Oil Spray

Sauce:

20g Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce

20g Corn Syrup

20g Gochujang/ Spicy & Sweet Korean Hot Sauce 

1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Method:

1. Mix all sauce ingredients, set aside.

Clearing my fridge, just grill whatever is left in the fridge, using the same grill setting.

I really enjoyed using this grill in my daily cooking, especially during the weekends when I have lesser time to prepare food in the kitchen. It's smoke-free and super easy to use that I could just throw everything into the grill and let it do the magic!  👍🏻



2. Brush/ spray some oil on the mushrooms. Grill for 6 mins. Brush the sauce on both sides of the mushrooms, continue to grill for 4 mins or until slightly charred, and serve as a side dish or a light meal on its own.
