Easy Potato Salad 马铃薯沙拉



It's extremely easy to make this Potato Salad at home, serve it as a side dish, or as a light meal on its own.

Potato salad shaped into a Christmas tree,
this time I added canned pork shoulder meat to elevate the taste.

Ingredients:

1-2 Potato

1/2 Sweet Corn or few tbsp Canned Corn Kernel

5 Japanese Crabstick (ready-to-use)

Some Japanese Mayonaise

Method:

1. Pressure cook the potato and corn (if using) in Ninja Foodi for 5 minutes or steam until cooked. Leave it to cool completely. 
Note: I use frozen corn. If using canned corn kernel, no need to cook.

2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or mash it, cut out the corn kernel. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, if needed. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
