Cola Sticky Chicken Wings 可乐鸡翅膀



Cola Sticky Chicken Wings 可乐鸡翅膀 - This is a classic Chinese recipe where soft drink is used as main ingredient in the sauce to add sweetness and tenderised the meat. Just a few ingredients used, the result is heavenly! 




The same recipe that I used to cook chicken drumsticks.
Cola Chicken Stew



Ingredients: 
材料


12 Mid-joint Wings 鸡中翼 12只

1 tsp Corn Flour 玉米粉/粟粉 1小匙


(A)

10g Shallot 小葱头 10克

4 clove/ 10g Garlic 蒜头 10克

6 slices/ 15g Ginger 姜 6片 


(B):

200g Coca-Cola 可乐 200克

2 tbsp Soy Sauce 酱油 2汤匙

Dash of Garlic Pepper 大蒜胡椒 少许

1 tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao Wine 绍兴花雕酒 1汤匙

1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce 黑酱油 1/2小匙

Method: 步骤


1. Add corn flour to the chicken, mix well and let marinate for an hour.
鸡翅膀加入玉米粉/粟粉,拌均,腌 1小时。

Sometimes I would add a slice of lemon, it's more appetising.
However, kids may not like it with lemon. 




2. Heat oil in a pan, add in (A). Add in chicken wings, pan fry both sides. 
烧热少许油,加入(A),加入鸡翅膀两面煎香。









3. Add in (B), bring to a boil, simmer till the sauce is thick and glossy. Remove from heat and serve.
