Scrambled Eggs with Chicken Floss/ Pork Floss 简易鸡丝/猪肉丝炒蛋


Nothing to show off from this simple scrambled eggs. I added this in my archives because my little boy likes this a lot lot lot! The one that I made up with all the ingredients that he likes, served with my homemade Crispy Flour Tortilla One of my boy's favorite breakfast!

Ingredients:
2 Eggs (lightly beaten with some fresh milk)
Some Chicken Floss/ Pork Floss

Toppings:
Shredded Seaweed
Ground Sesame Seeds
Mayonnaise 

Some olive oil or salted butter for cooking



Method:
1. Heat some olive oil in a non stick skillet. Cook the eggs and gently stir with a turner.

2. When the eggs are cook through, stir in some chicken floss/ pork floss. Remove from heat.

3. Topped with some shredded seaweed, ground sesame seeds and mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
