Broccoli & Scallops In Superior Sauce 鲍汁西兰花带子



Chinese New Year is around the corner, are you going to cook reunion dinner for your family? Here's a colourful and easy to cook Broccoli & Scallops In Superior Sauce that pairs perfectly well with any Chinese New Year dishes. This dish symbolise richness and abundance ~ 花开富贵 ~




Ingredients:

1 head Broccoli

1/4 Carrots, sliced

8pcs Scallops, sliced into half

2 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Corn Flour

Sauce:

50g Water

1.5 tbsp Abalone Sauce

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 tsp Light Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao Cooking Wine

1/2 tsp Sugar

Method:

1. Blanch broccoli, carrots, and scallops. Drain and place on a serving plate.

I cooked this dish using Song Cho stainless steel wok, 
a multiply stainless steel wok without chemical coating, it's safe to use in any cooking.

2. Discard the water. Add sauce ingredients to the wok, bring to a boil. Stir in the mixture of water and corn flour. 




3. When the sauce has thickened, drizzle over the scallops and broccoli. Serve right away.
