4 tbsp Flour
|Japanese Curry Powder|
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala

1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
2. Stir in flour and cook until light brown. Takes about 20-25 minutes.
3. Add curry powder and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
