How to prepare Dashi (aka Fish Broth) 如何准备日式鲣鱼调味汤

Ingredients:
6g Dried Bonito Flakes (Katsuobushi)




180g Water

Method:

1. Heat water in a saucepan, bring to boil.

2. Add in bonito flakes. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.





3. Remove from heat. Strain and let it cool.
