Dairy-free Fresh Almond Milk 自制鲜杏仁奶


Almond is nutritious and delicious! I'm not going to write so much on the benefits of almond in the blog. Click here if you would like to know more about it. 



Ingredients:

1 Cup Raw Almond 



2 Cup Water
Honey/ Agave (Optional)

Method:

1. Wash and soak the almond overnight.







2. Drain. Transfer the almond into a blender/ food processor. Add water and blend.

3. Strain and it's ready! You may add some honey or agave if you want it sweet. I like it PLAIN! :)
