Baby Back Ribs with Korean Pineapple Sauce 韩式凤梨酱猪小排



I cooked this for my sister last week. Something that is simple and perfect for last minute meal. This is another Korean BBQ sauce that I like... 



Ingredients:
770g Baby Back Ribs

Seasoning:
1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce (pineapple, as shown above)
2 tsp Tapioca Flour
Some Black Pepper

Optional:
Some Sweet Basil Leaves (chopped)
Some Roasted Sesame Seed

Method:
1. Add all seasoning to baby back ribs. Cover and let marinate at least 1 hour.
2. Place the ribs on the Tefal Actifry pan. Reserve the sauce.



3. Cook 10 minutes. Add the reserved sauce and continue to cook another 8 minutes.
