I love this recipe! Just because it's simple enough to make for a quick afternoon snack. Don't forget to eat it fresh from the oven. Don't keep overnight! :)

1. Put the Nutella in a clean bowl, soften in a microwave for 25 seconds. Use a spoon to stir well. Set aside.
2. Beat the eggs until tripled in volume, fold into the softened Nutella in 2 batches.
3. Pour the batter in a lined baking tin (the size used depends on the desired thickness of the brownies.)
4. Bake in a preheated oven 175'C for 30 minutes or until cook through.
